Crush biscuits of 3packets

Add milk to make a smooth batter without lumps

Add eno mix with cut and fold method

Pour in baking pan and bake it

It takes around 25 to 30 mins but check by pricking toothpick if comes clear then your cake is ready

Let it cool. Cut from middle into two layers. Make strawberry syrup by boiling strawberries with sugar brush nicely on layers,cover with cream and decorate the top layer with oreo and strawberries. Your yummy easy quick cake is ready
