I hate measuring everything out, and I wanted to enjoy bread without having to worry about my allergies, so I made this recipe simple.
This bread smells like flour.

The rising time will vary according to the season, so make it a several times to get the hang of it, or use your oven's rising function.
You will be able to quickly make the bread in the summer whether the rising conditions are good or bad.
That is if you are making shortcut bread home-made bread. Recipe by Mihomiho mama recipes

Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 5 gramsDry yeast
  3. 5 gramsSalt
  4. 250 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and knead well. The time it takes will vary when using a machine, but it should take about 20 minutes by hand.

  2. 2

Gather it all up and place into a bowl that is lightly greased with oil (not included in the ingredients), cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 40 minutes.

  3. 3

After rising, make rolls in size you like, cut, and roll into balls. Place on top of a cloth, and finally cover with another cloth to keep from drying out.

  4. 4

    Let rest for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

Reshape and re-roll them up, then line them up on a pan lined with parchment paper.

  6. 6

This time I placed them into a large container larger than the pan to keep them from drying out. It took 35 minutes to rise.

  7. 7

Bake in an oven preheated to 200℃ for 15 minutes, and they're done.
