Stuffed okra(Bharwa Bhindi)

Heat 3-4 tsp of coconut oil/ oil in a pan

Add 2 nos of finely chopped onions and saute it till it turns brown colour

Then add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,2 tsp chili powder,1&1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt and mix well

Now add 1/2 cup grated coconut,few chopped coriander leaves and mix well turn off the stove your masala filling is ready, keep aside

Cut the okra head, make a slit from the centre (from top to bottom) but don't cut completely and remove the seeds

Stuff the lady fingers/okra with the masala

Heat coconut oil/ oil in pan gently place the stuffed okra and cook in a low flame

Cover the pan and cook for few minutes

After a few minutes turn the okra/ bhindi to cook both the sides.fry till it cooks completely

Garnish it with left over masala filling and serve hot.
