  • Minced meat
  • Spices
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Red bell pepper
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & feeled the potatoes

  2. 2

    Cut the potatoes into round shape

  3. 3

    In a hot oil fry the potatoes

  4. 4

    In a hot pan add little oil then onion fry for few minutes

  5. 5

    Add the green pepper red bell pepper seasoning spices then the fried potatoes

  6. 6

    Stir fry for few minutes & Enjoy
