Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the offals thoroughly & cut into small sizes.Boil and drain.

    Add the boiled offals to a pot of water & put on fire. Add chopped onions & scot bonnet, ginger powder, seasoning, curry & spices.

    Cover the pot and cook till soft
