Fennel Rotis or Saunf Rotis are the most easiest and the best to taste. Made so very easily and quickly, it's also a treat in every way at special Dinners on some special occasions. I have served these flavourful and aromatic Rotis alongside Hyderabadi Marag this time.
It goes very well with any Gravy or Curry of your choice. As simple as that. Delicious and healthy Rotis that are homemade and absolutely hygienic too.
These are my favourite childhood memories as well and are one of my most loved Breads of Indian origin.
Also I have attached the recipe of Marag along with this one. You can have a look at it for a more detailed description.

Steps
- 1
Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients listed above using water as required. Also add a tablespoon of Ghee to the dough for delicious and fluffy Rotis.
- 2
Cover and rest for about 15 minutes. Later divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll into a round or a circular disc using some dry Flour if required while rolling.
- 3
Preheat a tawa or a skillet on a low heat. Roast these Fennel Rotis one by one using a little Ghee or Oil as desired. Roast them well on both the sides until done. Stack them up in a casserole to keep them soft and warm as well.
- 4
Serve them alongside any Gravy or Curry of your choice. I served it with famous Hyderabadi Marag dish. Enjoy! Yum!
