Heat water in a pan,add fennel seeds and cook for 2-3 min.Add coffee powder, sugar and mix.Switch off the gas.Let it cool.

Whisk cream and 1 t.spoon.sugar.

Before serving,ready your glasses.For that first dip the rim of the glass into water and then place the rim of the glass over fennel seeds powder.

Now put some ice cubes in the glass,pour black coffee over it, sprinkle some sugar,pour 2 tb.spoon.cream over it and garnish it with chocolate pieces or shavings.

Your cool cool flavoured Cold Coffee is ready to serve.Enjoy with your family and friends.
