Soak Kidney Beans for at least 6 hours or over night, pressure cook it adding 2 cups of water & pinch of salt,get 1 whistle on high flame,simmer it for 7-8 minutes

In a bowl add in chopped onions,tomatoes,cucumber,pepper powder, chilli powder,salt, lemon juice,olive oil, crushed peanut powder,lastly add in cooked kidney beans,chopped coriander leaves,give it a good mix, Enjoy your healthy high protein Kidney Bean Salad 🥗
Tips
you can add peanut powder while you are about to serve if you want to mentain the crunch
