Aloo is a versatile vegetable. Used in many ways.
These cutlets are soft n gooey inside n crunchy n crispy outside. The melted cheese, the taste of paneer go well with aloo.

Aloo is a versatile vegetable. Used in many ways.
These cutlets are soft n gooey inside n crunchy n crispy outside. The melted cheese, the taste of paneer go well with aloo.
Steps

Boil n mash the potatoes. Add all the powdered masalas, ginger garlic paste, sugar n lemon juice. Add cornflour.

Add bread crumbs n mix everything well. Make a soft dough.

Take grated cheese n paneer. Add red chili flakes, oregano, black pepper, salt n coriander leaves n mix everything well. Stuffing is ready.

Grease your hands with oil. Take a small part of the potato mixture. Fill the stuffing in it. Shape it like a cutlet.

Shape all the cutlets. Dip them in cornflour slurry n coat with vermicelli.

Make all cutlets like this. Deep fry them in hot oil n remove them on absorbent paper.

Serve them hot.

You can serve them with your favorite chutney. I served the cutlets with tomato ketchup.
