Falafel Chickpea Croquettes Falafel Chickpea Croquettes
I learned a falafel recipe from an Israeli person, but the amounts of the ingredients were roughly measured. So I made this recipe after I measured the ingredients properly myself. I replaced coriander with parsley as I don't really like coriander.By using uncooked chickpeas, you can enjoy the fluffy texture of deep-fried falafels.I seasoned the chickpea mixture really well with a generous amount of cumin powder. You can replace the parsley with coriander or dill. For 12. Recipe by Kuminchan cookpad.japan -
Sublime Non-Fried Creamed Corn Tofu Croquettes Sublime Non-Fried Creamed Corn Tofu Croquettes
My recipe for non-fried creamy tuna and tofu croquetteshas gotten great response, so I thought up another recipe using the same ratio of ingredients. The tofu smell disappears completely, and the texture of the filling is as creamy as one made with dairy products. This is a healthy tofu croquette recipe that I'm proud of.Since I made the texture creamy and melt-in-your-mouth soft, the filling is wet and hard to handle. For best results, make sure to chill it very, very well, and to form it into small patties that are less than 6 cm in diameter. The tips in Step 5 are also essential to making them easy to handle. If you want to increase the amount of tofu, either add more cake flour or increase the time spent evaporating the moisture. Homemade Chicken Croquettes 🐓 Homemade Chicken Croquettes 🐓
Another one of Spain’s most famous tapas is CROQUETTES (croquetas). The most common ones are chicken croquettes, made from the leftover chicken used to prepare broth for stew.Since they are typically made with the less appealing parts of the chicken, like the entire carcass, adding more meat, such as the breasts, makes them even better. Once cooked, the breast meat can be repurposed for croquettes. Here, I don’t make stew because it’s very difficult to find a chicken carcass, so I make them using rotisserie chicken. When we buy one for a meal, we usually have the two breasts left over, so I use them to make croquettes.I have fond memories of making them with my grandmother! I would stand on a little stool because I couldn’t reach the kitchen counter, helping her coat them in breadcrumbs! Hers were truly the best! Every time we visited, I would always ask her to make them for me!#february2026 Chus Molinero -
Sweet Potato Croquettes Sweet Potato Croquettes
I got a lot of sweet potatoes as a gift, so I made them into croquettes: my children's favorite. The texture depends on what kind of sweet potatoes you use. If you don't like it flaky, adjust thickness with milk or fresh cream. I tried to keep the other ingredients to a minimum to highlight the natural taste of the sweet potatoes. Shrimp and Broccoli Tartare Style Croquettes Shrimp and Broccoli Tartare Style Croquettes
This year Valentines Day falls on a weekday, and my boyfriend hates chocolates, and I was at a loss for what to do... So I figured, why not make croquettes?! lol. It took a lot of effort to make fried food on a weekday, but I gave it my all! My boyfriend was happy with the end result These croquettes were made with spring in mind. I was actually going to make them with broccolini, but they were sold out that day, so I used broccoli instead...You can use both the stems and florets of the broccoli. Using 50 g each of the stems and florets of the broccoli will improve the color and texture of the croquettes. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -

After the surface has dried, put in a freezer bag and freeze. Now you can have hot croquettes whenever you like. They still taste good even after they have cooled, so they're suitable for your lunch box too.
