Ingredients

  1. For stuffinga
  2. 1/2 cupboil coarsely crushed sweet Corns
  3. 1/4 cupgrated Cottage Cheese
  4. 1/2Capsicum chopped
  5. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1greean Chilli chopped
  7. 1/4 tsporegano
  8. 1/4 tspChilli flakes
  9. 1/4 tsp chat Masala
  10. 1/4 tspSalt
  11. 2 tspfresh Coriander chopped
  12. 2cheese cubes
  13. For outer covering
  14. 4-6boil and mashed potatoes
  15. 4 tbspnbread crumbs
  16. 1/4 tspblack Pepper powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Salt
  18. as neededOil for frying
  19. Garnishing
  20. As neededOnion
  21. 2Tomato
  22. As neededCorn
  23. As neededCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First combine all the stuffing ingredients in a deep bowl.

    Mix very well and keep aside.

    For outer coating, take mash potato in a bowl add bread crumbs in it.Add black pepper powder & salt.

    Mix it very well with your hand.

    Grease your hand with some oil.

    Take a small portion of potato mixture.Flat it on your palm.

  7. 7

    Place a portion of the stuffing in the center.
    And Bring together the edges in the center to seal the stuffing and roll it into a oval shape.

    Make all the croquettes from same method.

    Heat the oil in a heavy bottom wolk and deep fry, 2 to 3 croquettes at a time on a medium flame.

    Fry croquettes till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.

    Garnishing with corn, tomato &onion slices, coriander leaves...
    and Serve immediately with green chutney..
