To make gravy, heat oil in the pan and add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin seeds, black pepper then add chopped tomatoes, green chilli, and ginger paste and let it cook for a while then add water around 1glass and let it cook for 10 mins.

Then let the mixture cool down and grind it into a mixture grinder and strain it. As we required silky texture for gravy.

For kofta mashed potatoes and add Panner, hoya, and salt make a mixture of it.

To Make a stuffing for kofta take Finely chopped cashunuts, almonds, raisins and 1tsp khoya.

Make cylindrical ball and stuff it with the mixture and roll it into corn flour.

Deep fry that koftas

Serve Malay kofta hot with a garnish of Malai.
