Firstly peel the carrot and zucchini, trim edges, cut them into little cubes.

Place the pan over medium heat, and fry the vegetables on all sides for 10 minutes.

Chop tomato, and add it to pan, fry for few minutes.

You can add parsley, dill, garlic, salt and pepper if you wish and fry for few minutes.

Put your veggies on the plate and and sprinkle with sesame seeds! Better to serve the dish with Rye bread.
