Ingredients

2 servings
  1. ingredients for chicken wings
  2. 500 gr./ 18 oz. Chicken wings
  3. 1 tbsp.Mustard
  4. 1 tbsp.Chopped parsley
  5. 2garlic cloves, minced
  6. 3/4 tsp.Salt or to your taste
  7. ingredients to coat the wings
  8. 1beaten egg
  9. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  10. 1 tsp.Salt
  11. 1/4 tsp.Ground pepper
  12. ingredients for the rosemary baked potatoes
  13. 525 gr./ 18 oz. Idaho potatoes with skin on, washed
  14. 1 tbsp.Rosemary leaves
  15. 1/4 tsp.Garlic powder
  16. 1/4 tsp.Onion powder
  17. 1/4 tsp.Paprika
  18. 1/2 tsp.Salt
  19. 2 tbsp.Olive oil
  20. Hot salsa. Check my recipes

Cooking Instructions

    CHICKEN WINGS PREPARATION
    Cut the tips and discard. Cut at the joint separating into 2 parts.
    Mix the wings with the seasoning.
    Heat the oil for frying.
    Mix the flour with the salt and pepper.
    Coat the wings in the flour, egg and flour again. Fry until golden and crispy.

    ROASTED POTATOES PREPARATION
    Cut the potatoes into sticks as for French fries.
    Add, mix with the rest of the seasonings and put them on a baking sheet drizzled with a little vegetable oil.
    Roast the potatoes in the oven at a temperature of 232 ֯ C. / 450 ֯   F, until golden brown .

    Serve fried chicken wings with roasted rosemary potatoes and hot salsa.
