Cut paneer into thick pieces. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, 1/2 PSP soya sauce, red chilli powder, black pepper powder,1 tbsp tomato ketchup to paneer and marinate for 1 hour.

Insert each paneer piece into stick. Add oil on flat pan or tawa. Let the oil hot. Put Paneer on the tawa and saute each side till golden brown. Keep aside.

Add garlic to the remaining oil. Saute for 20 seconds. Add chopped onion and Saute for 1 minute. Mix 1 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp soya sauce, crushed peanuts, and 1 tsp red chili sauce into 1/3 cup of water. Add this to oil. Mix cornflour to 1/4 cup of water and add to the Pan. Add sauteed paneer to the sauce and mix nicely. Put on plate and sprinkle sesame seeds and crashed peanuts. Ready to serve
