  • 300 gmParwal
  • 2medium size potatoes
  • As neededOil
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup turmeric
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • as requiredFinely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chop potatoes and Parwal.

    Heat the oil with oil. Add turmeric and asfoitida. Add chopped potatoes and Parwal. Add salt and red chilli powder.

    Mix it well and cover it. Cook it on low flame till it is done. Add finely chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve with Bhakhri.
