Ingredients

  • As many onions as you want
  • Equal mix of plain flour and corn flour - enough to coat onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice onions thinly. Soak in water for about an hour. Drain and dry thoroughly using kitchen paper. Mix the two flours, season and add the onions

    Heat oil in a pan or wok. Deep fry in batches until brown and crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Ready to serve !
