Pinoy Fried Chicken Pinoy Fried Chicken
https://nutriasia.com/recipes/pinoy-fried-chicken/Fried chicken is probably the most universal dish ever discovered as every country has its own version of this dish. In this recipe, we made it more Pinoy na Pinoy by marinating the chicken in patis overnight. The process allows the patis flavor to seep into the meat. To finish off the cooking process, the chicken was deep fried using Golden Fiesta Palm Oil, bringing out a golden crispy texture that’s perfect for dipping in a mix of banana catsup, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Winner! Winner! Pinoy fried chicken for dinner! NutriAsia Incorporated -

We were out back trimming the avocado trees. Hauling limbs, and cutting wood. That’s hot hard work but a labor of love. Everyone was getting hungry and thirsty so I had all the ingredients for an early supper. Brined chicken wings ready for frying. This is how I do all of my fried chicken. It pulls the blood out. Call me weird, but, I do NOT like bloody chicken. Soaking it in the salt water is the ticket to tasty, juicy, seasoned chicken all the way to the bone. And who doesn’t like really good fried chicken? I really wanted to eat some crispy chi-pai so I tried making some with ingredients that I had at home (in this case, Gaban's jerk chicken seasoning and five-spice) to come up with an Asian-style spicy fried chicken.I tried out a lot of recipes for the seasoning mixture and managed to come up with one that kept the chicken crispy even when cool.Make sure to deep-fry the chicken crisply. The first layer of seasoning should be quite thin, with a thick layer of seasoning added after dipping the chicken in egg.Allow the chicken to sit for a while once coated with seasoning (topping the layer of seasoning up anywhere you have to). Fry the chicken once the coating is nice and moist. For 1-2 servings. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -

The finish on this chicken is nice and crispy, just like fried chicken! My family thinks it's delicious so this makes an occasional appearance. If you use good salt and freshly ground black pepper they're the only seasonings you need for delicious chicken. You can just leave this in the oven to cook so there's less work to do. You can cook this in the oven right away.Wrap the leg end with aluminium foil to keep your hands clean while eating them.
