Steps

Heat a pan with oil and lightly fry your chicken until it is slightly brown

Take the chicken out and put it aside, then add the chopped onion and sauté

Add your spices: barbecue, curry, Portuguese spice and parsley
Continue sautéing - 4
Add your tomatoes and mix well

Add your chicken back in, potatoes and chicken cube
Mix them up together - 6
Add water and cover to simmer for 20 - 30 mins

Constantly check on the meat
If you need to add more water then feel free to do so

After cooked you can dish up
Serve with pap or rice
