Dry roast cashew for few minutes,then grind on pulse mode.Make fine powder.

In a pan add sugar,add water and heat on medium flame.Heat till big bubbles arrive,make syrup of 1 string.Add rose water.

Add cashew powder and ghee,mix quickly unless cashew will be hard.Put off flame and leave for 5 minutes

Take a plastic sheet,grease with ghee and mash between two surfaces to get a fine textured mixture.

Divide mixture into 3 equal part AB and C.

Add 2 drops pink food colour to A,mix well and keep in between two plastic sheets.Roll into a 1/4cm thick rectangular sheet.Keep in a greased tray or thali.

Mix chopped nuts to B.Roll into a rectangular sheet in same manner.Put B over A.

Now mix 2 drops pink food colour to C.Roll in the same manner as A and B.Put over A and B.

Apply silver foil on upper surface of sheets.Press lightly or roll lightly by a rolling pin.

Keep in fridge for 1 hour.After 1 hour cut into desired shape.
