Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker for 2 whistles, mash them add the curry powders, salt and coriander leaves and roll them into balls.

Cut the cheese cubes to fit into the potato balls made and gently flatten them to form shapes of your choice.

Mix the corn flour in little water to form a thick fluid. Dip the potato cutlets in it and dust it with oats flour.

Shallow fry them in little oil. Let the outside brown.

Serve it with ketchup.
