  • Tofu(awara) unfried one
  • Fried groundnut
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoning cube & spices
  • Cucumber, greenpepper & tomatoes
  • Red chilli pepper (yaji)

Steps

  1. 1

    Scramble the tofu into pieces, in a pan add oil & all the sliced veggies, add seasoning cube & spices, fry & add up the tofu.

    Keep mixing while frying, add the yaji & groundnut, fry & serve, enjoy 💃
