  1. 250ग्राम फूलगोभी
  2. 2कटोरी गेहूं का आटा
  3. दो हरी मिर्ची बारीक कटी हुई
  4. 1/4चम्मच कसा हुआ अदरक
  5. दो चम्मच बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
  6. 1/2चम्मच जीरा
  7. 1/4छोटी चम्मच गरम मसाला
  8. 1/4छोटी चम्मच लाल मिर्ची पाउडर
  9. नमक स्वाद अनुसार
  10. 1बड़ा चम्मच घी

  1. 1

    गेहूं के आटे में नमक और मिर्च डालकर गूंथ कर 15 से 20 मिनट के लिए ढककर रख दें।

    फूल गोभी को बारीक कस ले।

    अब इसमें सभी मसाले मिला ले। धनिया हरी मिर्ची वगैरह भी डाल दें

    अब से अच्छी तरह बंद करके बेल लें।

  5. 5

    तवा गर्म करें और इसे अच्छी तरह दोनों तरफ से सेंक कर घी से तले। फूल गोभी का पराठा तैयार है। इस पर घी या बटर लगा कर सर्व करें।

  6. 6

    गूथे हुए आटे की लोई ले और उसे थोड़ा बेल ले। फूल गोभी के मिश्रण से अच्छी तरह पानी नीचो ले, अब थोड़ा सा मिश्रण उस बेली हुई रोटी पर रख दें।
