  1. 1/2 cupcooked short grain rice
  2. 4 sticksKani cut into cubes
  3. 1serving tofu cut into cubes
  4. 1scallion sliced
  5. 1/4avocado cubed
  6. 1/4 cupkimchi
  7. For sauce
  8. 2 tbspgochujang
  9. 1/4 cupgochugaru
  10. 1 tbspsesame oil
  11. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  12. 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  13. 2 tspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Combine sauce ingredients

    Construct bowl by placing rice on the bottom and all other ingredients on top

    Mix 2 tablespoons of the sauce into the bowl and enjoy!
