  8. 2 1/4 lbssugar
  9. 24 2/3 ozwater
  10. 1cinnamon stick
  11. a fewcloves
  12. juice from 1 lemon 🍋
  13. 1 tablespooncorn syrup
  14. 1large tablespoon honey 🍯

    Finely chop the almonds and walnuts, then toast them.

    Melt the butter.

    Prepare the syrup by placing the water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon juice 🍋 in a pot. Boil for 3 minutes, then add the honey 🍯 and corn syrup and boil for another 2 to 3 minutes.
