Finely chop the almonds and walnuts, then toast them.

Prepare the syrup by placing the water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon juice 🍋 in a pot. Boil for 3 minutes, then add the honey 🍯 and corn syrup and boil for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough in a baking pan, brushing each sheet with butter.

Continue layering with phyllo dough and the nut filling until all ingredients are used.

Finish with 6 sheets of phyllo dough on top.
