These truffles are just so good—really creamy. Here, I used praline chocolate, and I can confirm they're rich in flavor and super easy to make.

Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat it until just simmering.

Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir vigorously until smooth.

Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.

Roll the mixture into truffles about 3/4 to 1 1/4 inches (2 to 3 cm) in diameter using your hands.

Pour the cocoa powder into a shallow dish and roll the truffles in it until fully coated.

Refrigerate again for 1 hour.
