250 gmcarrot
1 tbsplemon juice
To taste salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp sugar
1 pinchhing powder
1/4 tsp ajwain

Take carrot n Peelit. Now cut into small pieces.

Take a bowl. Add carrot pieces. Now add lemon juice,salt,red chilli powder,ajwayan n sugar.

Now mix it properly n let for some minute.

Chk after some time our carrot pickle is ready.

Ready to eat with perantha or roti.
