Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • Handfulfresh chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbsporegano/mixed herbs
  • as taste Salt n Pepper
  • As required Corn flour
  • as per needBread crumbs

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the boiled potatoes with the spices, Corn flour and 4 tbsp of bread crumbs.

  2. 2

    Make a semi-thick corn flour slurry to dip the balls.

  3. 3

    Roll the potatoes and cut into bite size pieces.

  4. 4

    Coat with corn flour slurry and bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in oil. ENJOYYYY!!!
