Remove the skin from the chicken breast, and butterfly the thick part for an even thick layer. Pound it with a back of the knife, slice, and pierce it with a fork.

Put it in a plastic bag and sprinkle salt and pepper, and rub it to season well.

Add the ★ ingredients and rub into the meat. Leave it 20 minutes more. Take marinated chicken out from the fridge and bring it to room temperature.

Add white flour and rub in.

Heat a pan with olive or vegetable oil, and sauté the chicken.

After the chicken is browned, reduce to low heat. Flip and saute further covered with a lid for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, uncover the lid and sprinkle butter. Turn up the heat, sauté a little, and serve.

Sprinkle salt and pepper and basil on it if you want. It's also great with a wedge of lemon.
