Ingredients

  • 1 CupPoha
  • 2 tbsp.Green Chutney
  • 1 tbsp.Oil
  • 1/4 tsp.Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp.Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp.Chopped curry leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tsp.Turmeric powder
  • 1small Onion
  • 2 tbsp.Boiled Peas
  • 1 tsp.Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp.Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp.Sugar
  • as required Pomogranate seeds for garnishing
  • For Chutney:-
  • 1/4cup. Coriander
  • 1tbsp.Roasted Peanuts
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp.Green Garlic
  • 1 tsp.Oil
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsp.Lemon juice
  • as requiredFew ice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soaked poha. And rinse.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Crackle cumin seeds mustard seeds and chopped curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Now saute onion slice.Add turmeric powder boiled peasginger paste and green chutney. Saute properly and add poha.Mix it well. Lastly add lemon juice and Sugar..

  4. 4

    Tasty healthy Hariyali poha is ready for lunch box garnish with pomogranate seeds.

  5. 5

    For Green Chutney:-
    Mix all ingredients of chutney and add ice cubes churn.
    Chutney is ready.
