2 servings

3 cupsbroccoli florets, cleaned
2 tablespoonsolive oil
as per taste salt and pepper,
For sauce
1 teaspoonbutter
1 tablespoonminced garlic
1 cupsoftened cream cheese
1 teaspoonchili powder

Coat broccoli in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Roast in a pan for 10 minutes.

For the sauce, melt butter, saute garlic until golden. Add cream cheese and chili powder.

Pour sauce over roasted broccoli.
