First blanch broccoli boiling it for 8mins, adding all the ingredients mentioned in blanching section. Then sauteed it for 2 mins using butter.

Boil the sausages for 5 mins,when cool slit it in the middle and shape it to heart shape and fix it with a tooth pick, use only the egg white to stuff inside the sausage cooking it in low flame, once the egg white is hardened remove from the pan and now you can remove the tooth pick too.

Now plate it in the centre as shown in picture and plate the Blanched and sauteed broccoli too. And place one egg yellow (semi cooked) in the centre. Cut the cucumber, radish and carrot first vertically into half then horizontally into thin slices, plate it as shown in picture

Sprinkle some salad seasoning (homemade or ready made) over it before serving
