Take the boiled sweetcorn in a grinder and make coarse paste.

Take this paste in a bowl and into this add chopped onions, garlic and green chillies. Mix them well.

Now add semolina and wheat flour, give everything a nice mix.

Time to add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt. Add water gradually and keep thick consistency, like that of pancake. Let this rest for 10-15 minutes.

Just before cooking add fruit salt and give a nice final mix.

Heat a flat dosa pan, apply very little oil. Turn the flame to medium and pour a ladle full batter on the pan. Spread lightly so that it doesn't become too thin.

Let it cook until it turns lightly brown at the bottom. Then flip it and cook on the other side too.
Serve it hot with chutney.
