Cut each slice of yam into smaller sizes and cook until soft. NO SALT

Prepare your blender or food processor, add yam cubes in small quantities so as not to overload your machine.

Blend until smooth, for no more than 30 seconds at once.

Add water from cooked yam if needed.
Your pounded yam is ready!!!! Serve hot, or wrap in film.
