Ingredients

  • 500 gkilimeen/ pink perch
  • 200 mlcoconut milk
  • 1 tablespoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonTurmeric
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoonroasted coriander powder
  • 10-12curry leaves
  • as required Adequate water
  • 1/2tomato chopped
  • 2-3imli pods
  • as required Refined oil/ Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • For tadka:
  • 1chopped onion
  • 10-12curry leaves

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the items together and set to boil for 10 minutes, yes it’s that easy.

    Heat the tadka of onions and curry leaves.

    Pour tadka over the curry. Finger licking fish is ready.
