Spinach always seems to be at a loose end in my fridge. That, plus the end of a yoghurt pot and never ending condiments calls for a fridge raid curried egg wrap 💪

Place the eggs in a pan of boiling water for 7 minutes, drain and set aside

In a bowl combine the mango chutney, curry paste and yoghurt and mix to combine
- 3
Spread a spoonful of paste over the base of your wraps and top with spinach. Peel and quarter your eggs and stir them in any remaining curried yoghurt

Finish with the chopped tomato, coriander and feta if you like
