Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6mashed,boiled,peeled potato
  2. 2 cupWheat flour for dough
  3. 1/2 teaspoonpowdered black pepper
  4. 4finely chopped green chilli
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 1 tablespoonred chilli
  7. 1 handfulchopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  9. 1/2 tablespoongaram masala powder

  1. 1

    First of all boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl. In the potatoes, add green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, chaat masala and mix well.

    Put wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Make small-medium balls of the dough and roll them out into 3 to 4 inch circles. Add a spoonful of potato filling in the centre.

  4. 4

    Gradually press the rolling pin on all sides while making the parathas. Be very careful to apply pressure evenly.

  5. 5

    Heat a tawa and spread ghee on it. Place paratha on tawa and fry on medium heat. Fry on both sides applying ghee.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with curd and butter.
