Avocado banana oat porrige

Dont judge that dull appearance😅.
This porridge bursts with sweet, creamy, nutty flavors.

Up until this moment I had never tasted cooked Avocado. I love to make Avocado banana smoothie with alittle oats for some fibre.
The lid fell off and too much poured into the blender which had water in it. 😄I wasn't willing to eat that much of uncooked oats. You can guess what I did, I pureed it and cooked it.
The banana lends it's sweetness to the recipe so no extra sugar is needed. garnish with some nuts or seeds and a dash of tumeric powder.

  • 1/2medium Avocado
  • 3 cupswater
  • 1/2 cupmilk (optional)
  • 1 cupoats

    Add all ingredients to blender and puree till smooth.

  2. 2

    Add to a small pot and summer on low heat for 8-10 minutes. As water as needed for desired thickness.

    Serve warm. Enjoy
