2cheese slices,
as required Some chilli Mayo (can use any),
as required Some green chutney,

1 tspblack pepper powder,

Take a dish, arrange the bread slices. Spread Mayo onto the slices. Put cheese slice on one bread slice.

Now arrange the eggs, cucumber & onion roundals.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder & green chutney. Cover it with the other slice.

Pre heat the electric griller, brush some butter. Place the Sandwich onto the griller. Cover the griller.

Cook it until light brown, take out in a dish, cut diagonally.

Plate it on a serving dish, serve it with sauce or any dip.
