  1. 1small broccoli
  2. 1onion or leek
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1/4 cupchickpea flour (about 30 grams)
  5. 1/4 cupbreadcrumbs (about 30 grams)
  6. olive oil
  7. salt
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  9. Spices:
  10. 1/2 tspcumin
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric
  12. 1 tspgaram masala
  13. black pepper
  14. parsley
  15. For the yogurt sauce, mix:
  16. 1Greek yogurt
  17. 1 tsptahini
  18. juice of half a lemon
  19. white and black pepper
  20. salt
  21. 1 tspolive oil
  22. a fewcilantro leaves

    Boil the broccoli for about 10 minutes. At the same time, sauté the chopped onion and garlic.

    Blend the broccoli with the onion and garlic. Add the spices, baking soda, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, the flour, and season with salt and pepper. Blend again. Add breadcrumbs as needed for the dough and blend again.
