Ingredients

10 mins
20 spring rolls
  • 200 gmsboiled chicken
  • 3carrots chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1.5 cupcabbage chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbssoya sauce
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  • 1/4 tspChinese salt
  • 1 tbsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken with garlic ginger paste, salt and pepper. Dried it up and shred chicken properly. Cook it down.

    Chop fine all vegetables. Take a wok, pour oil and add chicken first then all chopped vegetables.

    Put salt, pepper and chinese salt

    Then pour soya sauce with white pepper

    Mix it well but stirring.
    Tip: flame should be high and do not cook for more than 2 mins otherwise the crunchiness of vegetables gets spoiled as well as capsicum leaves the water too.

    Cool it down first the. Stuff it in spring roll wrapper and enjoy your spring roll for iftar.
