Steps

Wash and cut the ram meat. Add it in a pot and boil with onion(chopped), thyme and salt.

Top up with water enough for the pepper soup. When the meat is almost done, add the peppers (blended or grated), curry and all other ingredients.

Cover and allow it cook. Taste for seasoning and adjust if possible. Cook for 5mins more and serve.
