Quick and tasty variation of pakoda in which cabbage is used that make the pakoda not only tasty but also crispy.

First finely chopped and washed the cabbage well. In a mixing bowl take gram flour and add all spices and mix well. Gradually
add water and make semi thick batter. - 2
Add chopped cabbage and mix well. Heat oil in a kadhai. drop a little amount of pakora mixture.

Fry the pakora until they turn crisp and golden. Transfer on absorbing paper. Serve hot
