Saucy cheesy chicken meatballs. Chicken meatballs covered in tomato sauce and mozzarella/Parmesan cheese. Quick easy meal.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°.
- 2
Mix ground chicken eggs Italian bread crumbs, olive oil and all seasonings together. (Use your hands)
- 3
Form meatballs a little bigger than a golf ball. Pour some of the pasta sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Add meatballs on top.

Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and add additional pasta sauce to cover meatballs and shredded cheese. Bake for another 5 to 6 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.

I like to try out different recipe I find on Pinterest and make small changes to them to make it easier, I found this to be time consuming as I do make my own pizza dough, can use a store bought easy one , it’s just wrapping all the meatballs was wow this is taking for ever! Lol ! I served this with spaghetti , so instead of having meatballs in my spaghetti, it was in the garlic cheesy bread , my kids was surprised 😮 what’s this?! Lol there was mix likes and dis likes , I just have one kid who doesn’t like meatballs so. It was fun to do but not something I’d probably do again unless it’s just a snack . This is also all over YouTube.
