Soaked the brown chikpeas (kala chana) in water for overnight /6-8 hours.

Once soaked drain water wash drain water then transfer into presser cooker cook with 1 cup water add salt cook for 5-6 whistles

Allow presser to release then open lid and drain all excess water

Heat pan with oil add cumin seeds chopped green chillies add all dry spices mix quickly.

Mix this masala in boiled black chana cook for 3-4 min. Serve hot.
