Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea Panna Cotta

Milk tea panna cotta with brown sugar bubbles is surprisingly delicious.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Soak the gelatin in ice-cold water and set aside.
- 2
Heat the milk and sugar over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the tea bags and let them steep for 1-2 minutes until the desired color is reached. Squeeze out the tea bags and remove them.
- 3
Add the squeezed gelatin to the milk mixture, stir until dissolved, then turn off the heat. Stir in the heavy cream until well combined.
- 4
Strain the milk tea mixture twice through a sieve, then pour into panna cotta cups. Let cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (it's best to make it the night before and enjoy it the next morning).
- 5
To make the brown sugar bubbles: Dissolve the brown sugar in water over heat, add the instant tapioca pearls, stir well, then turn off the heat and let cool.
- 6
Take out the chilled milk tea panna cotta and add the desired amount of brown sugar bubbles to taste. Done! 🌱 You can also drizzle with heavy cream for extra flavor and a smoother taste.
