Ingredients

  • 250 gchicken livers
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsp red onion, minced
  • A pinch of salt for taste
  • 2 bird’s eye chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 300 ml Water & 1/2 tsp salt for boil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and salt. Put the chicken livers. Allow them to boiled once, rinse the water out. Set aside. Preheat the wok. Add olive oil, add red onion. Stir fry until translucent. Add chicken livers, chilies, paprika, cayenne and salt. Stir fry to mix a few minutes. Ready to enjoy 😊.
