Steps

Mix all the ingredients to form a dough

Roll and cut to 6 cylinders

Then flatten to form a circle

Roll out using a rolling pin till you finish them all

Oil the rolled out dough and sprinkle some flour cover with another one and repeat the process until you are done

NB. Do not oil the top

Press them all together and widen again using the rolling pin

NB do not put pressure and do not flatten too thick or too thin

Heat your skillet and grill on low heat till it puffs

Cut into 4 Then separate while still warm

Package and put in the freezer

Bring out and defrost when ready to use.
