Assemble ingredients

Chop boiled egg.

Take shredded chicken in a mixing bowl, and add salt + pepper powder.

Add chopped egg + veggies + curd to the bowl and give a good mix.

Take bread slices, apply a thick layer of prepared mixture, cover with other bread slice,s and press gently.

Refrigerate for 5 minutes, cut diagonally and sandwich is ready.
