Ingredients

  1. 1 cupDashi
  2. Scoopmiso
  3. Veggies. Green onion, spinach, boo choy
  4. Tofu. Silken or firm

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add 1 cup dashi and 1 tablespoon miso. Which until dissolved. Add tofu and a lot to heat

  2. 2

    Once hot add in veggies. Some will need to be in the broth longer. Some like green onions are out on as a garnish
